Loan 수수료 안내
Interest Libor + Spread - Spread consist of,
  • 1) KEB Hana's policy (including margin)
  • 2) Liquidity Spread
  • 3) Expected Loss pursuant to Credit Rating of Borrower
Overdue Interest Applied Interest + Penalty(6%)
  • If the overdue is passed over 1 month and within 3months, 7% of penalty will be applied. If the overdue is passed over 3 months, 8% of penalty will be applied.
Pre-payment Charge 1.1% of pre-payement amount
  • In case of Term Loan
  • If the collateral of the loan is real-estate, 1.4% of pre-payment charge will be applied.
Commitment Fee 0.0% ~ 0.5% for the
undrawn amount
(As per exhaustion rate)
  • In case of revolving Loan and Line of credit(LOD,LOB,Overdraft)
